This August, Kooloora Lodge invites you to slow down, warm up, and savour winter properly.

From 16th to 23rd August, we’re celebrating Après-Ski Indulgence Week — and every in-house guest aged 18 and over will receive one complimentary Glühwein each evening in our alpine bar. Book before 31st March to receive this offer.

Because after a day carving turns in Perisher Valley, nothing compares to wrapping your hands around a warm mug of spiced wine while the mountains glow pink outside.

A Vibrant Alpine Hub in the Heart of Perisher

Surrounded by breathtaking Snowy Mountains scenery, Kooloora Lodge has always been a cosy retreat. Now, with the addition of our welcoming bar space, it’s also a lively hub for storytelling, connection, and celebration.

Open daily from 5pm throughout winter, our bar is where ski days end and unforgettable evenings begin.

Crafted in collaboration with Wild Brumby Distillery, our cocktail menu celebrates the flavours of the Snowy Mountains with local ingredients and alpine inspiration.

Featured Creations

Mountain Mule
Baked apple schnapps, gin, ginger beer, fresh lime juice and cinnamon syrup — crisp, spiced and perfectly refreshing after a day in ski boots.

Winter Storm
Vodka, devil’s tongue schnapps, ginger beer, lime juice and native pepperberry shrub — bold, warming and unmistakably alpine.

Espresso Martini
Vodka, Wild Brumby coffee liqueur and fresh espresso — smooth, dark and sophisticated for long winter evenings.

Mango Margarita
Tequila, Wild Brumby mango liqueur and fresh lime juice — vibrant, zesty and unexpectedly perfect in the snow.

And during Indulgence Week?
Every evening begins with a complimentary Glühwein — rich, fragrant and gently spiced, just as it should be in the mountains.
